I do hope that you start feeling better soon. My only advice is to pace yourself once you 'recover' - I lost all stamina and kept having to sleep after even short walks. Cancelled plans for a day out at an agricultural show because I knew I wouldn't be able to manage it - etc. May have recovered now but seem to have no time to do anything to test it out.
