This is an old watermill on the Rye, a large park in the centre of High Wycombe. It is called Pann Mill. It is open on only three working days a year when volunteers open it and mill flour for the day. You can walk around, buy flour and watch the old wooden and stone machinery working. Great fun!
I caught it in some lovely yellow, early morning sunlight, and made a picture while I could get this lovely light.

Absolutely grand Damon, just grand. The lighting is perfect, and I love the perspective you chose. Hope to see it again; on Opening Day. :-D
Take good care, Les
This is so beautiful, net! It looks like something out of a home and garden magazine. Just perfect composition. This photo draws me in. I would love to go there when they are open. Gorgeous shot.
what a great looking place. I would love to see you caputre this place as dusk or dawn, it would really bring out the colours and remove some of the harsh lights.
Take good care, Les
I had no idea this place existed. It's definitely going in the Places to Visit folder. Thank you! :-)
Well done.
