@dulciknit - In astronomy an event horizon is where the stars go 'over the edge' when they fall into a Black Hole. It is where the gravity of the black hole is so strong that that even light cannot escape. As light cannot escape we cannot see it - hence "black hole".

The things that I don't know about cameras and science are endless . . you just gave me a headache! Fantastic photo tho and I think that I do understand more about "black holes!" That's scary. :)
