Secretary Bird Strutting

The comical Secretary Bird is a good runner. Its long legs allow it to hunt in the African grasslands and Savannas. However, when it is running it holds its wings open as if it is about to take off but it does not fly. When feeding its legs are longer than its ability to reach to the ground with its neck. So it has to stoop. An unusual feature in a bird.
