Lanner Falcon [2 of 2]

I am uncertain about which of these two shots is best. Perhaps you can help?

super

Love that expression...almost sheepish ;-) ....and if you wouldn't have shown the other one I would have fav'd this. Fantastic!
April 26th, 2012
I love both of them. They have such engaging expressions
April 26th, 2012
I think both these shots are fantastic- still feel the other is more compelling.
April 26th, 2012
They both are great closeups, but I will go with this one - here I see more of him and the 3/4 profile highlights the yellow around his eye more.
April 26th, 2012
Cant choose. First thought the other one as like the direct look. However this shows all the detail of his feathers more and he does have a different look in his eye.

like the predatory expresssion in this one.
April 26th, 2012
I prefer this one, more predatory expression! Both good captures.

Great shot of this bird of prey! Love it eyeing you! Nice bokeh background, too!
April 26th, 2012
Beautiful bird
April 26th, 2012
Love the intense look here!
April 26th, 2012
They are both beautiful and very detailed. It's the position of the head that is different. Can't say which is the best - love them both.
April 26th, 2012
I prefer the other one.. though this one is still brilliant.
April 26th, 2012
No . love both.
April 26th, 2012
i prefer the look from this one
April 27th, 2012
They're both very nice but I like this one better..like the profile and that you can see all the details of the feather.

This is a great capture as well.. I think I like the other one because it's looking more directly at you.
April 27th, 2012
I like the background better on this one, but have to go with #1 for the intensity of the eye contact.

Both are great, but like this one better. More detail!
April 28th, 2012
I like them both. This one shows a bit of it's personality.
