Yesterday in ID This No. 84...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Identify This No 84 was a general purpose spring clamp, I use them as studio clamps to hold my table top studio effects, equipment, lights, whatever, together. Very useful items for photographers and DIYers alike.
Honorable mentions...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Lisa - It's a little clip, I have tons of them for closing things like bags of oatmeal and chips. We get them at Harbor Freight. Net says:-->> Oooops! No, very nearly, but a Doohicky Award! Yaaeeeeeeeeeehy! This clamp is about 8 inches long. Pictures can be deceptive. LOL.

Miley - That's a spring clamp! Net says:-->> Yayaaaah! Correct
Miley - ...and they hurt when attached to random parts of the body! Net says:-->> Wow - I didn't see that coming! I have to admit I have never tried it, but whatever turns you on! LOL.

Alison Bailey - It's a clampy thingy. Nice selective colouring :-) Net says:-->> No selective colouring, thats the way it came - SOOC! By a Doohicky award! Yeeeha!

Kathy A - Multigrips holding an orange thing. Net says:-->> Actually those orange things are the grips! Nice one. A DooWhat? Award for tonight! LOL...

Rick Schies - Vice grip. Net says:-->> Close, acceptably so... Yeeeha!

Liz (fotomama) - the missing link!- FOUND IT!!!!! Net says:-->> Where? where? Oh there. Er... really? LOL. Oooops! No, but a Doohicky Award! Yaahaaaaay!

Paula Brumbe - Enkay 1154 4" Heavy Duty Spring Clamp with Swivel Pads or it could be the next rage in body piercing. Net says:-->> No, sorry, completely wrong. These are the six inch version and they are the 1156A with the orange not the yellow pads as in the 1154. But the body piercing sounds fun. So a Doohicky award. LOL ROFL!!!! Yeeeeeehaaa!

Shirley Chetwynd - yep it's a spring clamp, we have two of them. Net says:-->> Wow. Spot on. Yeeeha! I have 49 of them! Lost one on a shoot! Drat!

Lesley Barber - Its what I can never find when I need it! Net says:-->> Oooops! No, but a Doohicky Award! Yaahy!

Alta D© - it's one of those clamps! =) Net says:-->> Yep! It is indeed... Nice one. Yeeeeaaaaahhhha!

june milner - pair of pliers ? Net says:-->> Oooops! No, but a Doohicky Award! Yaahy! Pliers don't have springs to keep 'em closed.

I am doing two of these a night for now until I catch up a bit so... see the next picture for the answer to Identify This No.85.
