Another from me. Had a walk after putting little ones to bed. For the new urban theme. A walk along a country lane in my country village seems to not really fit but I found a few possibilities. I'm excited by this new theme. I have enjoyed capturing the boys over the summer but I'm not a natural portrait photographer, neither do I have the lenses to do it well, so I'm pleased to have a theme to get me excited again. I must have looked oh so mad bent double on the floor by the side of the road but I'm home with a huge smile on my face over a photo of tarmac and a weed.
Excellent. Weeds are so determined. Don't worry about getting odd looks from people you should be used to it now on 365. I get them all the time. People have even come up to me and asked what me what I'm doing. When I reply isn't it obvious as I have a camera in my hand, they walk away with a very odd look on their faces. Some people don't get 'art' do they. ha ha.
Fantastic! I love the cracks in the pavement and how strongly the bright green contrasts with the black asphalt. I was on the fence about participating in this challenge, but your photos have convinced me to join in!
'Nature fights back' - one of my favourite subjects! I love your composition Ruth - it adds to the sense of the plant breaking through. Well worth getting down for!
