@gigiflower tea to prepare, floors to mop, clothes to wash and iron, small children to collect from pre school.... how are you managing your time in your new year?
@newbank I made a decision about it today!!! So after today/this weekend I go back to work on Monday which will leave me a limited time to play on 365 - and I don't want to feel like I did last year so I've decided not to thank all of the people that comment on my project......which will leave me time to look and comment on others that I follow. I'm going to try to limit myself to about 1 hour per day to comment (which I think is unrealistic but I'm going to try)!!! I will also not take photos each day so will be posting more and more photos that I take on the weekend. Doing these 2 things I think will relieve the pressure on me a lot! I'm already feeling much better with these decisions :) What about you?
Gorgeous! Much better use of your time than the other stuff. Sure has been a happy thursday for me .. 20 mile bike ride, much better than mopping floors and committing agendas!
@gigiflower Sam I'm so glad I read this. I've struggled a lot with the time the project takes. I finish my 1st year at the end of the month and need to find a way to make the time I spend on it more manageable. Thanks for what you said to Ruth. Food for thought!
@ceilidh Margaret, I feel better already! Today was the 1st day I started to not thank everybody for their wonderful comments on my project. I feel like a weight has lifted off my shoulders! It's actually hard to NOT do that, but I think I will get used to it soon. I go back to work on Monday thus the decision to post photos primarily from the weekend - it will give me the time in the week to focus on my family etc :) What are your thoughts on how you will manage your time in Year 2?
@gigiflower Sammi, I think Ruth and I tried to suggest that to you last year. There are just not enough hours in the day to reply to every person. I would love to only spend one hour a day here but it's something to aim for at least :)
@bella_ss I know, I know.........HAHAHA I never listen do I!!! Anyway, I started today and I do feel much, much better :) Actually if the truth be told, I feel a bit lost/bored!!!! I'm sure that will pass very quickly!
@bella_ss It's wonderful to have these chats - I LOVE them!!! There is no way I can go cold turkey..........I adore the people on this site far too much :)
