My Day of I's....Improvement of Illness, Independently, Ignorance, Important, I love you.

My day of I's with littlest. Knew he was vastly Improved from Illnesses today not just because he had no temp, needed less calpol, had better concentration span, eat well but because I was permitted to visit the lavatory Independently today without climbing the stairs in tears to find me. I is also for his complete Ignorance at the fact I cant sing AT ALL yet delights in our singing of a few nursery rhymes together to end the day. The day ended with a kiss and the most Important sentence he needs to hear and hear daily. I love you. Which I do, even when trying to do what we all need to do on the loo and would rather do alone than with a two year old clinging on for dear life....
I note that you put the most important last! Glad the wee man is feeling better. Super picture.

Ah bless him he is feeling vulnerable but I remeber the clinging on to legs still! My two boys were real wimps when they were very young. When my eldest was very small there were no nurseries & he went straight from very isolated farm living to school so was always shy & timid. The youngest wouldn't even go into Sunday School without his sister but then they grew up & went as far from their mother as they could .......the most outgoing boys they are too! How things change....sorry I am rambling on!
Glad he is on the mend!

What a gorgeous shot. so glad he is feeling better. I remember never being allowed to go to the loo on my own too. Enjoy every minute, they will be grown up only too soon.

So glad he's feeling better. Hope your tonsillitis is improving if you have to sing with him! I can tell that both your boys mean the world to you.

He is so sweet. It reminds me of when my boys were smaller. Now one is a grunting teenager, so enjoy those moments as they are over all too soon.

Happy to know that he's feeling better. So wonderful that you give him the daily, 'I love you.' That reassurance does wonders for them. Awesome playful image as well!

Lovely picture:) Thankfully my days of having company whenever I went to the loo are over, but I still get them hammering on the bathroom
door and trying to tell me about something that needs sorting, NOW!
