As we staying the night at my parents we left the kids safely tucked up in bed last night and we went for an evening stroll round the local park, very nice it was indeed it was just to be the two of us.
@happypat Indeed Pat, hand in hand through a park! One thing we do miss with the little ones is not being able to go for evening walks, we did that a lot in all weathers in our village. Not much else we miss but we do take up the chance for an evening walk when staying with my parents.
Whenever my husband ad I try to hold hands my son notices and quickly breaks through the middle! Lovely to have a peaceful moment of uninterrupted time and to finish a sentence (or conversation) even!
