We visited Teylers Museum, said to be the oldest museum in the Netherlands. It was certainly unusual to see a painting of the museum's Oval Room in the old masters section but it did date back to 1800. Next to the museum is the house that Peter Teyler lived in. Upstairs was the locked door which is so secure that it has 5 locks. Apparently each member of the museum board has a key and all 5 are required to open the door
