@yorkshirekiwi, another friend and I went to our nearest beach this evening to take some sunset photos. A lovely way to spend and hour or so.
I put my polarising filter on when we got there to try and make things a bit darker so I could take some long exposures. Unfortunately I then forgot to take it off again so most of my photos were really dark and not terribly good quality.
A realy nice long exposure shot. I will have to wait until mid-May to be able to do something similar, and that will be with a sunrise. Deserves a few favs, I can only give one.
Beautiful soft water image, I have yet to try this apart from at waterfalls.
I'm pleased other people also have little lapses with filters & settings, I don't feel so bad about mine now.
But I have also managed to capture some pretty good images with the wrong settings so it's not all bad.
