We had a couple of very foggy days and I went out trying to get some photos. The wetlands are very wet after all the rain we've been having but the swans were enjoying feeding on this flooded part... I started to climb over a stile and they fled. Lots of hunters shoot ducks in this area so no wonder they're very wary of humans. Here they are swimming away but looking back keeping an eye on me. The darker grey area on the top left above them is the reflected shadow of a maimai (hunter's hide).
