One disassembled photo-frame (for the glass), some shiny spotty wrapping paper, a mug of water and a dropper thingy. Oh yes and my trusty torch!
Things I have learnt:
1) take enough care to get the drops round
2) windows let light in and make reflections...grrr
3) you will always need longer than you think to get it perfect
4) it will never be perfect!
@huvesaker haha I've just been in a camera shop and the chap that served me was full of questions "what model" "what lens" "do you use PS or LR?" I sounded like I had never picked up a camera in my life, couldn't remember the number of my camera or anything!! And he finished up by saying "oh so you're not actually a photographer then?" Bl**dy cheek!!
Dots! Colourful dots! I love them.... this is so beautiful, Nicola. Well chosen paper and I think you did a great job. The window reflections add to it, I think! Like a catchlight in the eyes.
@ellatyler @huvesaker @sturnus @suebarni @richardcreese thanks, if you try it allow twice as long as you think you will need!! :0)
