Just lying in bed thinking about getting up and I heard a noise outside - recognising it as a pheasant cry I hopped out of bed and took this out of the window! He was strutting (walking for March20words) about in the early morning sunshine.
I've heard him about quite a bit today, I wonder if he is venturing out and about enjoying the lack of traffic.
