I did an early morning photography course at Floriade this morning. We had the gardens to ourselves from 6.30am - 9.00am and it was so nice being able to take photos of the flowers and surrounds without the public. It was meant to rain but luckily it has stayed away and we didn't get washed out.
The theme today for the Canon Australian Take the Leap challenge is 'Shake It'. I though this photo of a poppy that has lost its petals fitted the theme. I also really like the abstract feel it has.
