@casablanca Basically it is taking the same picture lots of times but for each shot changing the area used for the auto focus (often seen in the viewfinder as a little square), you also need a tripod. The technique is often used in micro photography of flowers where you want every part of the flower in perfect focus. All the photos are then combined (I used Photoshop with some help from a book!) to get the final result. This is only the second time I have tried this so it was a bit of an adventure!
