The 127 acre Frelinghuysen Arboretum was originally the private country house of George Griswold Frelinghuysen and his wife, Sara Ballantine Frelinghuysen. It is now a historic landmark, a regional center for horticulture, and just a lovely place for a walk. These are some of the structures, flowers, creatures, & features that invite me to linger & stay.
