I saw this on a walk. It is installed at the entrance to the building. It took a closer second look to see that it does not mark the entrance & is an actual art installation. The artist’s website www.charleeswanson.com explains his vision & the fact that a lot of his art starts with found objects! I did turn the image black & white to fit the theme here.
