This sorta kinda maybe streety shot is ostensibly for flash-o-red february...
The short story is that Juliette (@sparkle) gave me a push challenge this week to do panning shots, process in black and white and invert... I went out today to practice and realized that my settings were resulting in overexposing things, and then i decided to play around with it, and then i just got silly... so yeah...
@archaeofrog@russianblue i don't think by any stretch of the imagination could i consider this a successful panning shot... not sure when i'll have another chance to give it a go... we're supposed to get "weather" tomorrow, and even if it clears up on Thursday i have mtgs running from 9am to 5pm and barely time for lunch in between... blech
Hi Northy, can you remind me ...are the next get-pushed finalist to go up ASAP? I am a bit confused as the announcements have been a little out of day order lately ( I think)....? Voting is to finsh on Sunday nights? yes??
@ltodd hey Lyn.... actually, i think things are on track... you won get pushed 30, right? so now you need to pick the finalists for GP31... GP32 has just started in terms of posting pics...
This is very cool including the inverted version. Would make a great combo on the wall. For panning you would need to increase f number and have a slightly faster moving object I think. :-) fav.
How cool is that!! I'm so sorry I keep missing your shots and then have to play catch up...always late to the party me :os Awesome use of negative space. I've had a look at the other shot but prefer this. It really does look like an invisible man. Fav xx
