You may look like we do
Talk like we do
But you know how it is
You're not one of us...
-- Peter Gabriel

Not sure that counts as poetry, and not sure this has come out the way I intended, but I am bone tired and need to crawl into bed... Thank you for the nice comments and the favs on my framed shot... catch ya'all tomorrow!

I love the low light of this. Do you see this as if you are the accused (not one of us) awaited to be seating here? I do, fits perfectly for me

@frida hmmm. - interesting... I think what I had in mind was more the child who is not with the in crowd... An outcast as it were... But really - it shld be left up to the viewers imagination and interpretation. And yours would do as well :)

This is like the middle shot of a story! There was one person on this chair looking at the door: then they left and here is the empty chair; next shot two people come in and try and sit on the chair! (Excuse me, I'm mad!)

Light is perfect. Love the quote and it should be in the top5 for this week's theme imho! Love it. fav xx Oh, and yes, probs would be easier to wash your floor but I'm guessing PSE is more fun ;o) xx

Love this little chair. You've done some great shots with it. Love the darkness that just allows us to see the necessary details.

Love the light transitions from left to right, brilliant! Also, did Jase "transition" out of here once again? I can't pull up his profile.
March 14th, 2013
I just love, love this.. the simplicity of it is wonderful..
March 14th, 2013
The lighting is fascinating.
Cleaning is definitely easier in PSE - and if you get desperate, there's always Topaz Clean. ;)
March 14th, 2013
Great lighting - perfect for theme!
March 15th, 2013
@abhijit interesting question... i deliberately and specifically thought not, but i am open to input on that decision...
March 15th, 2013
@grizzlysghost tx Aaron... and no clue about Jase

You are right. For the shadow to work you would need more light towards the left and then you lose the dark mysterious feel. Or the shadows falls sharply on the right, again you lose the darkness to the left. Either way, the composition would have to change which will defeat the purpose.
