your chair... by northy

your chair...

backfilling... taken whilst at the cottage...

with the lensbaby composer pro with 80 edge... no clue what f stop... (what - am i supposed to keep track of that?)

really need to work on composing shots with this thing... it's completely different from any other lens i've tried...
Beautiful shot.

Great focus and blur. Looks like an accomplished lensbaby image.

I like this shot more than the icy one (which I do like), but I just find the composition of this shot very attractive. I like the blurry edges, the matching sets of chairs, the different levels, the feeling of waiting for summer. I don't have a lensbaby and this shot is intimidating. ;)

You seem to be getting the hang of "seeing" composition Northy! Nice

Looks to me that you've figuring it out. This works well for Lensbaby, I think.

@rosiekerr tx Rosie... I prefer this one too... :). Still really weirded out by the lensbaby... It's like it has a mind of its own... Hard going for a control freak!

@northy That's why I don't seek one. :)

Love the composition. Despite all the snow the chairs look inviting!

This makes me think Lensbabies are magical things.

Very cool shot. Nice use of the focus. I find the Edge 80 makes me queasy after using it too long. :(

If you do keep track of the f-stop, you can use a Lightroom plugin called LensTagger to add the lens info back into the EXIF. It's a handy tool - I use it for all my manual lenses.
