so... hmmmm... this is meant to be for week 28 of the Dogwood thing... which was: "Shoot a portrait that is posing as a landscape. Tell a story of the subject using the landscape around them. Fool the viewer." Not sure this really fulfills the instructions... but it's what i got... moving on!
