I knew it was you as soon as I saw the thumbnail among all the others on the nf-SOOC page... even without the 'white-out'! ... Looks like you are feeling more comfortable with SOOC... if not, only 7 days to go! How about a month of nf-ETSOOI ?

@fotoblah - tx! in terms of light - i use what's there and adjust my settings to get what i want... the sun was actually beaming in quite nicely on this day, although it's coming in behind the train in the station, so you can't quite tell...
@yrhenwr - ha! we'll have to see... i'm not really very disciplined when it comes to photography... mostly i prefer to do what i feel like doing at the moment :)
@yrhenwr actually... for the most part the challenges give me something to do... but I try not to shy away from the ones that push me out of my comfort zone... I do a lot of change management in my job... change pushes people out of their comfort zone... so the challenges are a good reminder for me of what the people I am leading thru a change are going thru... if that makes any sense...
@northy Makes a lot of sense... know something about the challenges of managing change through my wife's work... plus the personal development that comes from going outside the comfort zone. 50mm (equivalent) lens is very versatile... maybe not uncomfortable enough for you!
