for the daily word challenge... today it's "black and white"... interestingly (well, maybe not, and prolly it's obvious, but still), this little dude is actually completely black...
as an aside, i tried, once again, to combine black and white chess pieces in the same shot, and it just doesn't work... the white always ends up glaring and the black disappears into the background... i almost had something working on a multiple exposure, but it still wasn't quite where i wanted it to be... so going with this one instead...
@bernicrumb tx Berni... it's just a cheap Ikea lamp... i forget what it's called, but it's got a gooseneck and it's quite small, making it easy to direct the light where i want it to go...
