this week at 52Frames we're meant to be doing night photography... i really should have taken myself somewhere interesting this evening, but the sun still goes down rather late and i'm beat... not sure this is quite where it needs to be, but it's all i've got so far...
Well, I see you’re my partner this week. And I’m looking back at your photos and see you taking inspiration from various songs and other musical pieces. So I thought I would scroll through my music on my phone with my eyes closed and stick my finger on a piece of music. Well unfortunately it landed on a song that’s really very powerful but is about surviving child sexual abuse. I’m not going to burden you with that so I tried again, hoping it would not land on one of the many songs in welsh that I have. But what I got is a number from an old musical called “70, Girls, 70” and the song is called “Old Folks.” Since I turn 70 next month, I decided that would do. It’s a fun number.
