when i was a teenager my mother introduced me to the books of Nancy Mitford - i think "Love in a Cold Climate" may be the most well-known, but there were several others in the "series" - all narrated by the character, Fanny... In the novel "Don't Tell Alfred" Fanny moves to Paris with her husband who has just been named Ambassador to France... one of her cousins, a character named Northey (with an "e"!) comes along to be her social secretary...

Northey is the complete antithesis of me ;p she is pretty and petite, and a flighty social butterfly... she also has the softest heart and is forever "brimming", perpetually on the verge of tears over the smallest of heartbreaks...

this is for get pushed... this week Ashley (@shesnapped) challenged me to do a picture telling the story of how i got my screen name...

(once again, this may or may not be the right answer... ;p)

also for the five plus two theme of strong emotions...

Hmm. There's definitely more to the story. I'm guessing you had the name before meeting the character.

I find myself wanting to decipher what's reflected in your eye...

Love the tags.

@squamloon tx... No clue what's reflected... In some of the shots the reflection came out clearer and I could not for the life of me make sense of it... Presumably the kitchen windows and the plants on the sill... But really... Looked more like a railing... The only railing in my house was behind me... So... Mystery!
