off kilter

this week for get pushed Amit (@lambda) challenged me to do a collage of 2 identical photos, one in color and one in black and white, and make the color version look 10-times better...

so here is my first attempt...

i am not entirely unhappy with the result - but i am not happy with it either... for starters, it would really have helped if the fish tank was clean...

also, it would help if i could get the thing level, but no matter what i do, it looks like it's tilted... at this point, i'm prepared to say my eyes are wonky and call it a day...
