oh deer... by northy

oh deer...

got myself up before dawn to shoot the sunrise over Toronto (maybe you'll see those later - i have a sickening number to sift thru)... on the way home, i noticed the light over the cemetery was rather lovely, so i went for a wander... and happened upon a family of deer :)
Awesome, awesome, awesome shot! So perfectly well timed that it was meant to be!
Love how he is looking at you (before dashing away I assume) and how quick you were to seize this photo opportunity!
A FAV!

@farmreporter tx Wendy... But actually - he gave me lots of opportunity and I was even able to circle around for the better light... Couldn't get all three together though..

Wonderful capture, your reward for the effort of getting up in time for the great light. Now I feel guilty about sleeping in.

Is that a real deer or a cemetery statue? It is pretty spectacular, either way.
