Interesting portrait, light and of processing Nova, I suspect the light and processing could have been a little less harsh, but in saying that its still a great portrait:)
As an actress in stage make up for a role, I'd say ou did a magnificent job! You appear to have had a hard life and you look "weathered". Without the "makeup", you've still got youthful bloom, and yet the maturity of a mother. As an art project, I'd envision back-to-back side views of you and your girl and let the imagery in the background allude to the age difference... Early Spring/Early Autumn
