They came back the very next day and I received another text! This time I was better prepared with the proper boots and coat on, as it was hovering around zero, with rain/snow.
I got within 12 feet of this deer and she did not seem too concerned about me, but was curious.
Oh, those sweet eyes and perky ears! What a beauty, and how exciting that you were able to get such a close look. I love seeing them peacefully making their way through the woods. Wonderful shot, Nova!
A big "THANK YOU" for all your encouraging words and favs. You are an awesome group of people, thanks for taking the time our of your busy day to share your thoughts! Have a great day!
This is a wonderful photo and a magnificent setting, Nova! The weather doesn't "sound" all that wonderful, but what an exquisite setting it provides! VERY exciting to capture this. (And lucky you, no one is going to tell you to beware of rabies! haha!)
@maggiemae Thanks so much Maggiemae, that is so nice of you to say and follow me. I hope you enjoy my project and maybe you will see Louise & Ken in one or two of my shots in the future. :) @Weezilou
@novab oooh...yah...I forgot about the ticks! But gotta get out there, take chances and get those photos! @maggiemae You're going to enjoy Nova's photos as, for her, that's home year round! I'm looking forward to seeing Nova again, so to include you in a meet-up would be lovely... Here was our first meet-up that included Vikki Summerfield @summerfield and Bill Fenske @bill_fehttp://365project.org/Weezilou/365/2015-09-25
