High Head Trail, NS

If you follow mona65, you may have read that July 10th is a special day for us, as we met in person one year ago on this day. I was so touched by her words and image (worlds apart) that she shared today that I did not know what to do for my project (she would say I don't need to do anything) but it is a special day for me too. So I will give her a gift of my thoughts.

I will bring you here M to my happy place and share with you the things I love: “the sound of the sea………. the crashing waves……… the gulls soaring above our heads……. the smell of the salt water……….. with the wind whipping our hair from under our hats………… the wild flowers in the boggy fields…. the large rocks to climb over…… and a trail that continues on for 4 km by the water’s edge. We would stop to have a picnic lunch and sit in this world together just enjoying each other’s company. It is a perfect day. (The bright blue sky and the puffy white clouds are just an added bonus.)

I hope you enjoyed your time with me and we’ll do it again in person somewhere one day, I promise.
