I normally don’t take pictures of food, but today is an exception. My wife was so happy to find tilapia in an Asian shop. She have missed it so much and knew she had to go to Uganda to get a nice meal. Today we had an amazing meal with this fish, matoke and rice perfectly spiced. A Kenyan sister and neighbour came over to enjoy the meal together with us.
