Roasting day

I decided to roast some coffee today. It’s pouring down today so I just stayed in.
First batch I roasted was a Rwandan coffee, and next batch some Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. The picture is the Yirgacheffe after cooling. Now I have to wait a couple of days before brewing the coffee.
