Lunch by okvalle


I'm sticking to my diet. Here is my lunch today, a spinach and kale soup with cauliflower and broccoli. I lost 13kg so far (28,7 pounds) and I'm a bit ahead of my schedule. I know it will be harder to get good results.
Today I could close the top button on my uniform and put on a tie. Next step would be to get a smaller shirt. I'm not in a hurry, and will do it gradually.
I also feel It's easier to go for a walk, but my knee is still bothering me a bit, so I can feel when I have gone too far.
Ser veldig sunt ut :-) Både spinat og blomkål smaker jo godt men jeg er litt mer skeptisk til grønnkål :-)

Wow! A wonderful closeup of this lunch.
And so very good news about your health. Are you wearing a protective bandage on the knee on your walks? I used to have a problem with my knee and it seems fixed now, yet I still use an elastic knee protection when going for jogging or tougher walks. And that really helps.
