I was taking a number of shots tonight of the early evening in my kitchen. In particular I was shooting through the clear vase holding some Coneflowers which were knocked over by one of our recent thunder storms. Although the petals have shriveled a little, the flowers were still pretty enough to keep in the vase. I was trying to get a silhouette of the petals but ended up with this instead. I like the swirl of the petals and the warm golden tones cast by the lamp which is off to the left side of the room.
Nice shot, Ann. I like the color and tone and the angle you shot from. I know you didn't get what you were after, but you still pulled off a great shot. Well done :)
