I had to run into Stroudsburg to drop off some photos for printing at the photo shop so I decided to answer the call for street shots. The temperatures were in the 90's today so there wasn't much activity on the sidewalk. And for the life of me I cannot figure out why that woman is wearing a sweater!
I am guessing the girl works in the cold shop and needs the sweater to stay warm because of the AC. She just came out for a moment to pick up a few things I like your low POV for the photo

That is the kind of temperatures that we have been having, but we are all still walking around as usual. We just don't know what is good for ourselves - being so unused to this persistant heat. I think Katy must be right. She needs the sweater in airconditioning. I was asked by our trustees at work today, if I could have anything to make life easier at work what would it be - air conditioning was my answer.
There is a lot of colour in this photo and I like the depth to it, as well as the shapes in the signs and the lamp.
@helenhall Thank you Helen! Yes, I'd think that too, but she was just walking along the sidewalk with her friend there who's wearing the shorts and T-shirt. Isn't it funny though- in the summer we want air conditioning set at temps in the cooler temps and in the winter we want heat set at these warm temps!

Same temps and humidity today- but we are getting some rain right now. I hope it cools it down a bit.
