Things get just a little spooky around here before Halloween. But not much as we don't really "celebrate" it. It's gotten way too horror and gore-related for me!
Thank you so much everyone for your views, comments and favs! All appreciated! It was a simple set up in the bathroom where the light coming in from the window was just enough to bring out Piggy's shadow. A little fiddling with some effects and voila!
@joansmor A lot of communities around here are now doing what they call "trunk or treat". Folks park in a school's parking lot and hand out candy from the trunk while the kids walk around in their costumes. As you've seen first hand we don't really have a lot of "neighborhoods" here so it's safer to do it that way. I've always had some candy on hand just in case, but this year I'm doing the same. No light and closed curtains. I don't need the temptation of what doesn't get handed out!
@naomi In the past I've had candy on hand but this year I'm really trying to stay away from the sugar and it's too much of a temptation for this sweet tooth! So no celebration of any sort this year. It's actually a relief!
