It had been a while since I'd seen Besther at my back door. I don't know what happened to her- she may have just moved on, who knows. But the last time I saw her was in the Fall. One day I'd opened the back door to put some recycling in the bin and all of a sudden this little squirrel came running up to me looking for peanuts! I know it's not Besther- no knick in the ear like hers- but this little one acts as if he/she has been coming to my back door for ages! So since I'm not sure it's a she or he, I've dubbed this one "Peanuts". And I'm starting to think that squirrels pass on some sort of gene that sends them to my back door for treats!
Great close up and beautiful capture.
