Constants- a picture of the Nursing Director, the TV, the wall clock, my chart and a cup of water. They were there day in and day out- the best was the chart though because I could see I was making progress when they took my readings.
Oh, Ann! How dreadful that must’ve been for you to be there suffering through that all by yourself! How grateful I am that you are writing about it now which means you are better!
It’s so great that you survived. I’m thinking I can already see the ghost of Ann still posting a picture a day of every corner of the casket, or everywhere the ashes blow. You never let the little things separate you from 365 for long.
Amazing that you were still able to think of photography after being so ill. You have the heart ( which fortunately is still beating ) of a real photographer. I think you did a rather nice job of composing and editing on this as well.
Even though you were going through such an ordeal you still made the time to take some photos. What a lovely way to record your journey. May you grow stronger by the day.
@grammyn Once I was able to talk Jeff and I phoned every day so, physically alone yes, but my whole family was able to check by phone at least once. I didn't feel alone.
@dejongdd I use Smart Photo Editor- no Photo Shop. It's a cartoon effect.
@pej2@salza What else do you do with all that free time?! Although my hands were really shaky at first and most of them were too blurred to use!
@pandorasecho Oh, lol, heaven's no! When it's really my time (many many years from now!) I'll be with Jesus- even better than 365. (o:
@taffy I was positive and determined from the start. Although I didn't understand the severity of the treatment I was going to receive, my first thought when speaking with the dr. was "This is what needs to be done, so that's what I'm going to do..." Every step of the journey was the same- breathe deeply and steadily, do what the drs. and nurses said to do, and get home. I knew a lot of people were praying for me. So, always positive.
@30pics4jackiesdiamond I've applied an effect here which "hid" the info- on purpose. It was initially very easy to read. But I don't have permission to put the names out in public so I made them illegible.
@kjarn I wasn't sure either- but she sure looked friendly and nice.
@cdcook48@jamibann Thank you Chris and Issi! I am getting stronger little by little and day by day. It is going to take time, but I'll get back to full strength at some point.
No any problems remained?
