I was toying with the idea of making it a black and white, but decided I liked that hint of blue sky with the sun. I think this was really the shot of the day. The other 84 (really!) were either not print worthy or uninspired!
@photobutton Thanks Siv! It's pretty much sooc. The light coming through the shades on to the curtains was really nice yesterday. Today- too many clouds and not much light!
@bruni Thanks Bruni- what you're seeing here is the shadow of the blinds hitting some sheer curtains. The blinds are straight but the curtains have folds so the shadows look curved. The "Treasure Hunt" is listed on the discussion board under theme/competitions. It's a list of assorted items and words which you can shoot/interpret any way you want and in any order you want. You might have look further down on the postings to find it now, but I'm sure it's still there since it started on Jan. 1. If you have trouble finding it, let me know and I can email you the list.
