Album Cover Challenge 117

For the current album cover challenge.

Band- HMS Levant- a 6th rate 28 gun frigate of the Coventry Class launched in 1758 which while serving in the royal navy saw 31 victories at sea including some during the Revolutionary War against the American colonists.

Title- From a quote by Tenzin Byatso, the 14th Dalai Lama: It is very important to generate a good attitude, a good heart, as much as possible. From this, happiness in both the short term and long term for both yourself and others will come.
