@ludwigsdiana Most likely it was connected with a railroad in Canada which sold it to this private owner when it was no longer going to be used for service. That's my guess.
Thank you all for the views, comments and favs. There were a lot of cool logos and fixtures on these cars. One owner explained to me that many were restored or kept the way they were originally manufactured. You could see a progression in design from the older models to the newer ones quite easily.
