The Shops on Courtland Street

Today's word was shops and I was originally going to post this picture of the storefronts across from the church where I work in my main album but when I first processed it, it looked rather flat so I added the snow and the vignette. It looked better after my doctoring, but I decided to put it in my second album because while the snow on the ground was real, the snow falling wasn't!

@beverley365 It's quite easy Beverley if you have the effect in your photo processing program. Hit "apply" and the computer does all the work. Technically it's like adding a layer and playing with the sliders to make it stronger or weaker depending on how much you want the original shot to show through.
