No Plaque No Name

This fellow was stuck on the porch of one of the houses on Main Street (which is now home to a business of some sort) but apparently wasn't part of the Snowmen of Stroudsburg collection. So I have no idea if he has a name, or who created him. He sure has the Steampunk vibe down pat though.

@randystreat I think so- you'd have to be Atlas or Hercules to pick this fellow up and run off with him though!
