Umbrella Parade

This photo was taken on our Newcastle outing. We had a bit of fun with our umbrella's along one of the walkways in the middle of town.

Sorry I haven't managed to catch up with your photos over the last few days, but it has been so hectic here lately. Hopefully I will be able to catch up later tonight.

We had a fun outing and this was John's idea (one of our group), so of course we all had to get a shot of it. People walking along the walkway thought we were a bit mad. Don't you hate it when pedestrians interfere with your photography.

@paulaw Thanks Paula. Yes we always have fun on our outings, There is always someone who thinks up a creative shot of some kind. This was John's idea and of course we all had to get a photo, so four people were holding the umbrella's while the rest took a photo and then we swapped. We slowed down the pedestrian's somewhat though while we walked up and down the walkway and took the pictures.

@cathy366 Thanks Cathy for the fav. This was John's idea, one of our photo club group and we each took it in turns to hold the umbrellas and take the photos. The pedestrians who were using the walkway got in the way a bit sometimes ha ha.
