We have been in Newcastle all day today as David had a medical appointment, so I haven't had the opportunity to take any photos.
I took this shot in Newcastle last week when we were at the market and it is the one that gave me the idea of the fallen rainbow shot I took on the same day.
I saw this chap hurrying home after buying his purchases as the market and I decided to crop out the man and just leave his reflection in the puddle and also flip the photo too.
I thought this photo made him look quite ghostlike.
You can see the reflection of the Hunter Stadium in the puddle too.
A super reflection shot ! I couldn't quite make out the chappie until I read that it is a flip as well as reflection !! -- too much to work out for myself first thing in the morning !! ha !!
@quietpurplehaze Thanks Hazel, wet again today too. We have had lovely weather for the last few days but winter has arrived again today. Only reachedMore like Melbourne weather here today, four seasons in one day. sunshine, warm, then cold, then rain. Only reached 16 degrees today.
This is an wonderful puddle image!I like the textural contrast between the puddle and cement while the reflection is still clear enough to recognize a man's figure. The flipping trick works great!
