Room with a view

Not the best picture in the world but this was the view out of my hospital bed window following surgery.

If you look closely you will be able to see my bed, my locker and a ghostly reflection of me taking the photo with my phone.

Surgery 11.45 am on Saturday, recovery ward at 1.15 pm and up to the ward at 2 pm.

This was taken late afternoon just before we had dinner.

All gone well and I am now screwed back together again.

Will catch up again soon.

If you look closely at the trees you will see that some of them have black bark so a bushfire must have gone through here at some time in the recent past. bit scary for the patients at the time I am sure. It doesn't take long for the bushland to come back to life though.

Glad the op went well Babs, looks like a peaceful place but as we all know hospitals can be quite noisy.
