Half and Half - Boardwalk Bollard

Back to the boardwalk at the marina for today's half and half shot.

This is one of the bollards at the marina.

We have got a lot going on here at present, so I am limited with time on 365. I will catch up as often as I can.

David's leg is much better today and the swelling has reduced slightly. He has another two weeks of high doses of blood thinning tablets and then back to the doctor to see what the next step is.

He has been avoiding shaving as he didn't want to cut himself shaving while taking such drastic blood thinning tablets right now.

He was beginning to look rather like an escaped convict. He isn't a great candidate for growing a beard. Anyway yesterday he decided he couldn't stand not shaving any longer and he, very carefully, shaved off his beard. He avoided cutting himself, so we have both breathed a sigh of relief. After all we didn't want him bleeding all over our new carpets did we. ha ha.
