First of all thanks so much for all your lovely comments and favs for yesterday's 'Gimme a Fish' photo. The pelicans are so cheeky and pester the fishermen constantly.
Secondly thanks to everyone who voted for my 'High Tide' photo and for putting it on the Top Twenty. Not only on the TT, but top of the TT as well. I am gobsmacked. It is probably downhill from here now, ha ha.
Today has been a lovely sunny day and after all our recent rain, so pleasant and mild.
This Little Corella was probably pleased the rain has stopped too. I spotted him munching away on seeds from the plants at the beach.
We have a rain gauge in our garden and in May we had a total of 9 mm rain over the 31 days of May and this month we have had 232 mm rain over the first 19 days of June. No wonder I am getting webbed feet.
This is a wonderful capture of a corella. Lovely light on him. He seems to be keeping a close eye on you.
Congrats on making Number 1 on the top twenty. It is well deserved.
@littleconnie Thanks Connie. This chap was quite cheeky. He wasn't even slightly concerned that I was taking photos of him. I think he was enjoying his food too much to be bothered by me.
Congrats on making Number 1 on the top twenty. It is well deserved.
A well deserved accolade - congrats Babs..
This little chap was so cheeky and very tame. He was really enjoying the sunshine. all the birds have been looking rather bedraggled lately with the amount of rain we have been having.
